Richard Lee: Richard Lee brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Prior to founding RLA Advisors, Mr. Lee was Senior Vice President with Layton-Belling & Associates, where he was responsible for acquisitions, due diligence, portfolio asset management and dispositions. Prior to that Mr. Lee spent 12 years with CBRE as a First Vice President. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Lee is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker and a member of the California Receiver’s Forum. He is married with two boys. Jason Golding: Jason Golding comes to RLA with an extensive background of direct ownership of commercial property. He heads up the day to day due diligence and advisory efforts on behalf of the company’s clients. Mr. Golding’s previous positions included facilities and technology positions with Microsoft and McCann-Erickson as Vice President, Director of Technology. Mr. Golding is a graduate of the University of the Pacific and is married with two young girls. Kelly Kohlenberger: Kelly Kohlenberger has been with RLA since 2004. Kelly provides leadership with the management team across all support functions in the due diligence and advisory practice. Her primary roles include lease auditing, abstracting, takeover and management transition, client and tenant satisfaction and enhancing value for our clients.She is married with two girls. Art Smith: Art Smith has spent over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry. His broad range of experience includes asset management, development, marketing and leasing, entitlement of office and industrial properties, construction management, acquisitions, dispositions, environmental remediation and receivership. He has worked in most of the Western United States including California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, Washington as well as Texas. Mr. Smith has provided asset management services for banks, life insurance companies, investors and developers. Prior to RLA he held asset management positions with Voit Development Company, Chase Merritt and CBRE. Mr. Smith is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is a past president of the Orange County IREM chapter. Art is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara.
