Unit Apartment Project
Fiduciary Trust was faced with an internal
family dispute over the valuation and ongoing
operation of a large, high profile apartment
project. RLA was asked to perform an internal
due diligence evaluation, extensive underwriting,
audit a five-year capital spending plan
and ultimately provide opinion of value.
RLA’s duties included title work,
physical and rehabilitation costing, financial
underwriting, market analysis and asset
management for transitioning the property
to Fiduciary’s asset management program. |
